Nutrition and Wellness Research Center (NWRC)

The Nutrition and Wellness Research Center (NWRC) is an interdisciplinary research center focused on health and health-related behaviors.The NWRC merges basic and applied research and builds interdisciplinary teams to transform medical and health related research. We collaborate with faculty as well as industry and community partners.

2012 Symposium

The central theme of the symposium is about sustainability of health in a world facing climate change, population explosion and dminishing resources.  The sessions will cover the role of climate on human, plant and animal health, food insecurity and sustainability of the food supply.
